Claims and Insurance Officer
Responsible for responding to claims queries and providing technical explanations in regard to the terms, conditions, and coverage of the bonds and insurance policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder in business or courses in engineering.
- Capable of using simple computer systems and programs.
- Knowledge of general insurance lines at a high level.
- Familiar with common provisions and bond coverage insurance.
- Knowledge of general tariffs and ratings is a plus.
- Attended Non-Life Insurance Basics.
